Use This Like A Tool
The private dashboard should optimize for speed, orientation, and retrieval. It is not a public-facing page and should not try to explain the whole business.
The main action is getting into the live board or task lane without friction.
Reference materials should be available one click away, but they should not crowd the main action.
Journal, genealogy, family stories, and archive exports should behave like satellites around the dashboard.
